Custom Graphic Design

$20 = First Hour of Design Work

Includes:

• Initial consultation

• Creative planning

• Custom design work

• Minor revisions within booked time

If additional design time is needed, approval will be discussed before continuing.

What should I include when submitting my idea?

Please provide:

• Your design concept or idea

• Preferred colors/styles

• Inspiration images (if available)

• Intended platform or use

• Desired deadline or timeframe

The more details you provide, the smoother the design process will be.

What types of graphics do you design?

I create custom graphics for apparel, branding, social media, digital products, promotional content, printables, thumbnails, and more.

What does the $20 payment include?

The $20 payment covers your initial consultation and first hour of custom graphic design work.

If additional design time is needed, approval will be discussed before

continuing.

Does one purchase include multiple designs?

No. Each purchase covers one design concept/project only.

Additional concepts, separate graphics, or extensive changes may require additional design time.

What are considered minor revisions?

Minor revisions include small adjustments such as:

• Color changes

• Font changes

• Small text edits

• Simple repositioning of elements

• Minor refinements

Major redesigns or new concepts are not included.

How long will my project take?

Most projects are completed within 2–5 business days depending on complexity and current workload.

Can I send inspiration photos or references?

Yes. Inspiration images, sketches, Pinterest references, or examples are encouraged to help communicate your vision.

What file types will I receive?

Final files are typically delivered as PNG, JPG, or PDF files unless otherwise discussed.

Will I receive editable source files?

Editable source files are not included by default but may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of design work, refunds are not available once work has started.

How will I receive my completed design?

Final files will be delivered digitally through email or Payhip messaging once your project is completed.

What happens if I need additional changes?

Additional revisions or expanded project requests may require extra design time billed at the standard $20/hour rate.
