No. Each purchase covers one design concept/project only.

Additional concepts, separate graphics, or major changes may require additional design time.





What are considered minor revisions?

Minor revisions include:

• Simple refinements

Major redesigns or additional concepts are not included.





What should I include when submitting my idea?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

How do digital products work?

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product listing.





Where can I access my downloads?

Download links are typically sent immediately after purchase through Payhip and may also be available in your email confirmation.





Can digital products be refunded?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available.





PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Do you sell physical products?

Some products may be offered as physical items depending on availability and product type. Product descriptions will clearly state whether an item is digital or physical.





How long does shipping take?

Will I receive tracking information?

Do you accept returns or exchanges for physical products?

Due to the nature of custom or made-to-order products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.




What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim or delivery investigation.

You may also contact me with photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed and additional assistance can be provided if possible.

Final designs are typically delivered as:

Are editable source files included?

Editable source files are not included by default but may be available for an additional fee.





Can I use purchased graphics or designs for my business?

Most products and designs are for personal use. A small business license must be purchased to use any physical or digital products for business purposes.





Can I resell or redistribute purchased products?

No. Purchased products, graphics, templates, and creative resources may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as your own unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How will I receive my completed design?

Completed custom designs are delivered digitally through email or Payhip messaging.





Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on workload and project complexity. Additional fees may apply.





Are refunds available?

Due to the custom and digital nature of many products and services offered, refunds are not available once work has started or files have been accessed.
