Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to the nature of digital files and instant access upon purchase, all sales of digital downloads, licenses, and digital content are final.

Physical Products

Final Sale Policy

All physical product sales are final. We're not able to issue refunds for physical items once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

At our discretion, exchanges may be approved only for items of equal or lesser value.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition unless otherwise stated.
• Any price difference will not be refunded.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or cancellations once production has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. Refunds will not be issued for shipping-related issues. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if applicable.
